Who we are

Gaspra is run by Joan Ballester (Joan Creative Studios), based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Contact: hello@joanballester.ca.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Beta and plans

Gaspra is in beta. The first 10 accounts created during the beta ("beta testers") get every feature free, forever, for as long as the account stays open and Gaspra is running. Accounts created after that use the free plan, which has limits on the number of clients and projects.

We may offer a paid plan later. If we do, we'll tell you before anything changes, and beta testers won't be charged.

If Gaspra ever shuts down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download your data first.

Your data

Your clients, projects and time entries belong to you. You can export or delete them anytime. See the privacy policy for how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other people's data.

No guarantees

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own records for anything important, such as invoices you send. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
