Privacy policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, the name you give us, and your password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• What you enter: clients and their billing details, hourly rates, projects, time entries, task descriptions, notes, and the business details and logo you add for invoices.
• Feedback you send: your message, your email and name (so we can reply), the page you were on, and your browser and device type (to help fix bugs). It's deleted when you delete your account.
• Password reset requests: your email and, if you add it, how to reach you. We use it only to send you a reset link.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and your IP address, used briefly to block repeated failed login attempts.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to sign you in, save your time entries and show you your reports. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your data with anyone except the hosting provider below.

Where it's stored

The app and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. Your data is stored with Cloudflare and processed on its network.

Payments

If you upgrade to Pro, payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan status.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your control

You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Setup → Account in the app. Deleting your account removes your data from our database.
